I have a buying dilemma.

Do I buy a new phone, laptop, or desktop?

Phone: I just want a better camera so I don't have to spend time photoshopping the RAWS manually. Everything else is fine, it's rooted and had no bloatware, have external powerpak

laptop/desktop: my current laptop is usable but it someone had boot error. Feels like 1 day it will just die, dunno when.

Desktop n laptop are same price and have 2TB HD, 16GB RAM, i7

Laptop also has 256SSD.

Desktop I think has better GFX and was thinking I could just swap my laptops current SSD (also 256GB) and put it in as the primary, tho not sure how.

I usually go by don't buy this stuff until u need it (Moore's Law) but should I buy for just the sake of convenience/upgrade?

Also current laptop battery dead, I use it and pretty much have always used it as a desktop hooked up to externals.

The only downside maybe for desktop is the Tower consumes more power?

No dilemma - don't buy any of them. It sounds like you have almost zero reasons to replace any of them so save your money and wait till one of them genuinely needs replacing.

@DeadInside what about the camera so I don't need to Photoshop.

Last vacation , I ended up with 1500 pics but the colors are not correct (or so I think) so need to fix them... Probably 3hrs now but only 20% done and will this is just the first pass.

@billgates There's always the option of buying a dedicated full-frame compact camera instead but yeah, I concede that buying a better phone might be a worthy spend.
