Starting dev job with .NET (various stack levels I think) in a couple months, beginning with a paid intro course. Any tips for stuff I should look out for, awesome training tools etc? Background: java, some js, some Python.

    Yes, the docs (albeit ugly) are very complete.

    C# is the champion lang of .net coding. Angular and typescript are practically married to .net so git gud with that if needed.

    As someone else said the Virtual Academy might very well be all you need.

    .net core is awesome.

    Do it with c# if you are lazy with .net components and if you’re used to java then try picking up mvc cause it’s a really good architecture (at least for me)
