!dev && education && ~German (survey is in German)

My girlfriend is doing her "A-levels" (the things you do to qualify for university). In Switzerland it's called Matura and in Germany Abi.

However for her final assignment she has to do a survey. Since it's in German, probably only People from Switzerland/Germany and Austria will be able to participate. However if you understand German feel free to participate!

    @okkimus is it for you a normal thing to learn german during school, or did you have to "opt in"? (Just curious :))

    Had to opt it. So if you wanted to start foreign language (in addition to English) you were allowed to start it in 4th grade. And you had to choose it between German and French (some places have also Russian).

    So now I speak native Finnish, good English, pretty good Swedish and some German :D

    Edit:

    My class started very basic English in the 1st grade (and properly in 3rd). Then German in 4th. And Swedish (cos we are a bilingual country) in 7th grade.

    @okkimus nice. Although I hated learning languages I fucking love it to be able to comunicate with people abroad. (I don't speak any nordic language however)

    In Switzerland we usually do 3 languages (besides swiss german, which doesn't have an officiall written form). For the german speaking part we have german, english and french, french speakers have french, german and english, the italian ones have italian, english and french and the rumansch usually rumantsch, italian, german and english (not sure about the last part though).

    @daintycode I'll let her know. The scool demanded the survey to be broken down on "demographics" so we decided to keep it as inclusive as possible while applying the given borders at the same time.
