I think you should know the basics of Html. Css isn't important for learning javascript. But html is very easy.

You can lean some HTML with JavaScript to understand how webistes work. C# is not necessarily related to websites is used in many other things, where JavaScript is primarily web related.
You can learn everything! Just don't let it become overwhelming for you.
