but with time i learned to value the attention-distraction span range and its holiness among reaching its peaks. I get so annoyed when im very focused and i get disturbed by silly things no matter how funny and witty they are.

Anyway, i guess there's a time and place to say and/or do anything. In your case, the time was not found and hence you shouldn't had said this.
