It is 109° F / 39° C outside and I still hear people saying that they are glad the "cold days"(which meant 10° C AT MOST) are out.

@QueenMorgana pretty much what the other dudes said before. Sundresses help a lot in this weather. Jeans and shirts are pretty much the norm....jeans do get quite uncomfortable when outside tho

In summer it can go up to 40°C and over in Tbilisi, even though weather forecasts don't say it, as it is forbidden to be working or something similar.
