Anyone here into self made drones? I'm building one and get get the video work, the camera + fpv sender work, but I only get the osd and not the actual video. Wired from the description provided by the shop I bought it from, seems alright.
Using the betaflight f4 board.

Have you tried the camera without the osd?

@aul12 yes, works. Ive also just tried another camera I had lying around, doesn't work either. I get the feeling the error is on the betaflight board...

I guess you have enabled osd in the betaflight configurator?

I just tried something, it smoked. I quickly disconnected the battery and tried again after giving it some time to rest... Now everything works as before. Wired.

@aul12 I see the osd and a blank canvas, so no video. But the osd and fpv transmitter are working perfectly fine.

Did some more debugging, the camera gets juce. The video output from the camera does also work (did a test where I connected it directly to the fpv transmitter). I initially thought it had something to do with the camera not getting enough power or so.
Could it be the video connection on the board? (And how could I test that?)

I build it once, but lost interest sadly (money and time was short)
