@balte Yeah, it's impossible to get drunk without going broke. Beer is betweem 5 and 10 bucks a pint (altho the 5.- beverage hardly qualifies as 'beer') and drinks are 10-20.-

Don't you have Studentenkneipen in Switzerland? Beer goes for 1,5€ / 0,5l in those places in Germany (at least in my area), the places are managed by students, are open once a week or so (but you have like 6 of them nearby, opening at different days) so the costs are relatively cheap.

@Qwby The only bar that resembles that (in central Switzerland at least) is in Lucerne, where you can get a pitcher (1.5l I think?) for CHF 20 during happy hour...
But, especially if it's nice out, we just get a couple of beers from the store

I live in Germany so I can't relate ^^ Copying is expensive but studying is free and you even get some money for it. Depends on the parents income but it's still nice to have.

@gathurian holy shit that's expensive! Draft beer is cheaper than anything else where I live (no kidding). Even a jug of water usually costs more than 0.5L of beer.(polliter piva / veľké pivo)
Edit: it's usually around 0.7€ to 1€ (1.2€ in really fancy places and restaurants)

@D3add3d Yeah, I've been in prague. For the price of two beers here you can get pretty trashed in prague 😅

And there's a law in Switzerland that there has to be at least one non-alcoholic beverage that's cheaper than the cheapest alcoholic beverage

@gathurian I actually live in Nitra, Slovakia :D (don't tell the czechs but we make better beer than them... jk lol Starobrno is the best 😃)
