Currently rebuilding a web store backend originally developed in 5.2 and by an Indian guy who loved his spaghetti and his knowledge of version control is to do things like 'index.php, index1.php, index-old.php'. Even on the DB he does this... God damn

    Education standards are low in India. Syllabus consists of stuff 10-15 yrs old. So most of the lot coming out are noob. But ppl shouldn't put a country tag on it just because of these muggers.... There are good stock too.... Rare. But there are....

    i think when they pushed everything to live they didn't bother to change it and now they are stuck.
