can anyone recommend me a mechanical keyboard qwertz layout ?

You can get any mechanical keyboard you like, change your layout using Autohotkey. I personally use Ducky keyboard. Other popular brands: Das keyboard, Filco, Leopold, Cooler Master.

First you need to decide on what type of feel you want from the switch. I don't know how much you have researched, but different switches have different weight, tactical feel and sound.
Example: Cherry MX Blue is a click switch, with a click sound and 50 gram actuation force, and Cherry MX Brown is a click switch without sound and 45 gram actuation.
There are lots more. If you can, try going to a store and try the different types. From there it's just choosing a brand, layout and featureset you like :)
