What do you guys think about BMC CMDB?

My company considering to buy it, but I am skeptical.

BMC == Bring More Cash

You will wind up with a clunky, hard-to-use product that everyone will hate, will make your life harder, and worst of all, is expensive as hell. BMC is like Oracle in that they epitomize the worst execesses and annoyances of "enterprise" software.

Try something like Device42 instead. But please.. I'm begging ya, don't buy BMC stuff.
