Depressed.
I have never been so depressed in my life. Today I felt so sick, tired and numb.

Fuck depression.

    I have become so unproductive. @senzory.
    I am trying to improve and learn what triggered it.

    @senzory I dropped out of college last year! Too expensive and restrictive for my case. I am having a lot of financial issues, and also having bouts of depression with it.

    @senzory Agree to an extent. It's for those who don't have any plans/aim/likes/dreams/or motivation to do different things. It's not bad to join college but I wouldn't recommend wasting $ if you already have something that you like to do and can do without a degree/education.

    *warm tight hug* I'm not expecting this to cure you, just make feel slightly better.

    Avoid coffee for some time (silent emotion killer).

    Hope you get well soon

    List and write down anything you think is stressful on a paper.

    Take your time. Just make sure you have written down all.

    Once you are sure you have written every possible stressful things you know and can think of, take a bath, have a meal. Maybe a nap or a sleep.

    Then sit down and read that list one by one and think of possible and doable solutions. If can't think of any solution, skip it. Repeat it for all items in your list.

    Sort all those with no solutions at the bottom.

    Start with any item with solutions listed beside. Do the solution.

    Let's see if this will help with your depression. 🤗

    What we feel in depression?
    * Talk less
    * No or less activity
    * Hide yourself in a lonely place
    * Listening sad songs
    * Remembering our failures / mistake
    * Need someone who can just listen us and show sympathy.

    If you wanna come out just do the opposite of what written in above list

    * Go for a walk. Better if you can jump sometimes.
    * Talk to your old friends to listen them not to tell about you
    * If possible dance or go to a game zone
    * Eat chocolate, or take coffee
    * Avoid writing about your sad days. It'll make you more sad in future.
    * Remember what good you did

    I really can't recommend or say anything due to me never really going through depression. I've had the blues, but shit is way different.

    Have you checked yourself with a professional? My brother was fine, but a chemical unbalance made him feel like shit for months. He is better now, I just wish he never had to go through the medication, shit was trippy.

    @senzory yes and diabetics get stronger at eating. Breaking your arm makes you a stronger fighter.

    Fuck this bullshit. Depression is a crippling illness and there's nothing positive about it.

    Thanks guys! It's fucking weird that even if I try to think positive, listen to good music, exercise, it just doesn't go away. But if it worsens I will have to get an appointment with a doc.(Fingers crossed) thanks for the ❤️ guys. Really appreciate it.

    @iihirotoii it doesn't go away the minute you start doing things that are good for you. Don't put yourself down for that, it's normal.
    Depression takes a while to settle in, and even longer to go away. What's important is that you never stop fighting it.
    Get that appointment with the doc, and get well!
