I hate when a developer doesn't know how to use git. He never asks for advice or help until has pushes his changes up and creates a mess out of the main branch instead of creating his own feature branch. I mean there is no problem if you don't know how to use git, but you have a real problem if you say you know how to use it just to "look normal and experienced" and in reality you just don't know how to do stuff there. Just ask for help... and then if you create a mess out of git... Well, solve it and learn.
