We have a COO asking if we already use stuff like Jira, we say no because I am not going to pay for a Jira when there is only 1 dev, but if you have tools that does not cost that much, I am open for suggestions.

Then proceeds to use Excel as a ticket tool 🤯

@iiii I told him I use M365 Planner because it is included in our package. He has the same tools...

Some people just refuses to use tools or will find some strange tools like figma. Crazy stuff

@Grumm btw, isn't Figma a UI design tool? how is it even suitable for any sort of reports?

@iiii Exactly, it‘s for UI design. They really use text boxes and stuff to layout a whole report. Search within is abysmal and you need an application or webapp pulling a GB of RAM to read it.
