I believe that there are out there alot of zombie js developers hungry for js frameworks. it's the only plausible explanation.
-
raevilman808yYou are scaring me as i have applied to move to a project of angular + grails from java web services project.

"I don't understand X, therefore I shall make a joke about how difficult/complicated/bad X is, to make myself feel better" - every developer struggling with anything, ever.

tahnik389918y@raevilman Hey don't, although it might make some simple things complicated, overall it gives you modular component which you develop individually. This helps a lot when you have a big projects

tahnik389918y@fuckfuckityfuck Hey there! I understand React quite well and I don't have anything towards it. Just like any other framework it makes some things easier and some things harder. And we all have that moment of frustration in our dev life. That's what the devRant is for 😃
-
tahnik389918y@superuser JS definitely needs some help. It has way too many frameworks. Rather than reinventing the same thing over and over again it would be nice to focus on one and make it better
-
At this point JS is a bit like Linux - too many distros. I know it CAN be a strength because there's something for everyone, but it's really confusing for new users.
-
@tahnik it's frustrating, but I think it's a necessary cost. Python was in the same state a few years ago, and people said the same things. Without the churn, though, it's hard to get new ideas to the mainstream.
