As someone who learns everything alone , researching and all it really frustrates the fuck out of me to have to babysit grown ass adults into learning anything.

@Condor well, I really don't, I usually teach stuff once and share the material.

But I am really pissed at work, after two fucking years using git-flow I still hear "why do we use --no-ff ?"

@Condor I like to keep track of merges :)

I like it better the way git log looks this way too, gives a better perspective of what is going on and how messed up my coworkers are.

Anyway I fell I'm the only one commiting (no pun intended) to this and keeping track of everything.
