@sharktits Was wild. I don't like soccer/football that much (I lost interest when we got eliminated from the WC), but I've been watching most of the games while I do work on my other screen. It's been fun.

    Croatia ending Argentina
    Germany's last second goal yesterday
    Spain vs Portugal
Kane's last minute header vs Tunisia

And England currently beating the fuck out of Panama delights me.... Definitely not a salty American fan pulling against Panama and Mexico just because they're in the CONCACAF group thingy. (I'm new to this sport in case it's not painfully obvious lmao)

@zlice It's funny cuz this was more accurate than the actual "scientific" polls lmao

Looks like a quite simple prediction based on a 'kickscore'? Does it take in account the players, their histories and their injuries though?

This is pretty cool! Using machine learning to predict football match outcomes feels like the next step for sports analytics. I’ve seen some AI models struggle with the unpredictability of sports, but if Kickoff.ai can factor in player stats, team form, injuries, and maybe even weather, it could really shake things up.

Would be interesting to see how accurate it gets over a full season. Definitely bookmarking this to see if it can give better tips than my gut feeling or the usual pundits! Anyone tried it yet?

It’s pretty wild how machine learning is changing the game in predicting football match results. I’ve seen some cool AI tools like Kickoff, but honestly, combining those insights with a solid betting platform can make a difference. That’s why I often check out Melbet https://devrant.com/rants/1512002/... they’ve got a solid range of betting options and live stats that help you make smarter bets. Nothing beats having good data, but a user-friendly site like Melbet makes putting that info to work way easier. If you’re into using tech to get an edge, it’s worth giving them a look.
