I told my boss that Adobe ColdFusion will cost us 8k for Enterprise license. He said that he will look for the free license key (pirated) online tonight.

I feel sorry for the developers of Adobe ColdFusion.

@antorqs I tried to talk him out of it but his not allowing me to. Some asshole from India was bitching about ColdFusion to him and his in love with it. Now he doesn't want to buy license.

Tech like coldfusion, delphi, asp classic wss ok like way back in the day. I get critical apps that use them that must be maintained....but forcing new age development with such stacks ain't nothing but a baaaaad experience. Man......i feel your pain. I had to work with delphi and asp classic. I liked em both but hated how hard it was for me and everyone but the lead developer to know where to go for docs that where not found on blogs and shit. I would gladly take delphi tho, shit was tight but hard to discenr from the embarcadero docs.
