Sitting here while I wait for my shit to compile. Decided to watch a video while it runs.

But WAIT!!!!

I'm using an on CrapBook Pro from 2013 (company issued). And it decided it cannot compile and play a video at the same time.

So here I am watching a fucking slideshow while the poor old CPU dies of strain.

Moral of the story: buy more cores

@Condor even if I could service this crap, Intel has no consumer parts with more than 4 cores that are compatible with 5 years old laptop hardware. So yeah. Stuck with this shitty quad core.

Our product is (thankfully) still relatively small, so the compilation for each target OS and brand takes only 10 minutes. Which means I only need 1h to compile everything.

And since I'm technically a tester, I can start QA after the first one is done. Yay efficiency!
