I feel you pain. Everyone coustomer I work with says "MY COMPUTER'S BROKE!" just makes my want to add a "Stupid Fee." to their total cost.

LOL I work in customer support and can confirm this is a daily occurrence.
Sometimes the subject is just an error message that our product displays, and then body is just blank..... -
nmunro31909yCharge stupid unhelpful emails like that in jelly beans.
The extra "fee" seems daft but do it enough times and you'll either be swimming in jelly beans or they'll get bored of having to order something and they'll just start thinking how to avoid getting you them.
Hopefully by thinking what to put in a bug report.
