4k? Well I had fun with installing Win8 which does not support HiDPI screens

@morgh I wish I could. This is actually the console, not the terminal (often used as synonyms but not in this case, you can't do any splits in console) so nobody would use it, because 4k monitor implies that there's Xorg or Wayland installed. But still. No changes in framebuffer and fbcon and whatever for 20+ years.

@Rozz like for real? You mean only the installation path or the whole system? If latter than you probably have some very exotic video card and if former - that's OK, at the installation time windows tries to use the generic rendering method (the distribution can't contain every single driver), though I don't have any idea how it is called.

@light2yellow console as in tty? try tmux or screen. I've pushed ctrl-f1 and used tmux to split the screen. but if this is on windows you might beable to find a terminal multiplexer for Windows but I don't know
