Game for coders or really anyone interested in programming where you have simulated network on which you can perform attacks

Description
Currently working is man in the middle attack, next coming is the probably DDoS (which is possible atm but would freeze your pc) and maybe RFID eaves-dropping. The individual simulated computers can now run python scripts but the system is ready for any language as long a C# has port / compiler / whatever for it. (currently using Iron Python) The game is going to have a simulated world made of sectors and different companies will have control over different sectors and by attacking a company you decrease the company's power in the sector and if you're good you should be able to change the power balance to your will.

    Graphics, it's meant for a wider audience than the text based version would allow.

    With that being said, the core of the game is intentionally independent on the renderer, I could make it a text based game with just a slight adjustments to the core and a text based output logic addition.

    That sounds pretty cool, I'll implement some of your ideas!

    The game is more than just a console, you have a actual physical map of the complex you are hacking into. The gameplay is like the Mission impossible movie or Hitman, but with more computers.

    I looked up covert action, properly, and yeah, it's pretty similar to what I am going for!

    I'd love to work on this in my free time. I know a lot about python but nothing about c# so it will take me some time to understand it.

    @samsepiol That's great! No worries, you can be programming the in game computers which are almost entirely made of python, im gonna put the sources on git probably tomorrow, so you can take a look.
