Already solved:
I am sure the server failed.
It seems to me that somehow, while I was browsing through my profile, suddenly the server logged me out(unexpected) when I loaded some tab in my github profile page. I guess caused by an error/bug any part of the system didn't notice that and as I tried logging in again it thought I was already logged in while there was me trying to log in again.

I fixed it by just going back in my history to a page where I was still logged in(don't ask me why, but it works perfectly 'till now)
