    That's croatian! :) "Tablice" means License Plates in this case.

    @mzgaljic Just because "tablice" means licence plates in Croatian, doesn't mean it's not a Polish word for the same thing. Also, take a closer look at the actual plates of the car and you'll see it says "PL".

    @mzgaljic And "Zwolnij" means "slow down". Car from this pic has DW530GS plates, which means his plates are registered in Wroclaw, Poland.

    @mzgaljic If you need more proof that it's in Poland, you can visit this link ( http://pokazywarka.pl/gxce2i/ ). On first picture you will see a sign with the crossed word "Wrocław" =)
