Ive been tryna install hearthstone on linux for the past 4 hours. In this time i could have bought an ssd, installed windows on it and played like 10 matches.

Which reminds me, if i put a windows on an ssd can i just change the boot drive in the bios?

If you have the remaining space for a second SSD, sure.. chances are that if you're running Linux in BIOS you'll have to cycle between that and UEFI to switch between Linux and Windows though 😕

@Condor i have a spare sata, but i was thinking about getting a live windows, 7 still supported it, hearthstone is not a very demanding game

UEFI is just such a pain in the ass in Linux, especially considering that I won't settle with some random distro's GUI installer that does it for me. And I've grown quite fond of GRUB...

@Bitwise sweet, thanks! I'll refer to this comment next time I try to install Linux alongside my Windows host (an Acer machine so it may be among that problematic bunch. In BIOS mode it certainly was).
