Me: I quit that very company 5 months ago, because the pay was low and the tech was from the 1990's.

PS: I'm not 100% sure of this, but based off the tech stack, I'm pretty sure it was for the same fucking position I quit from.

@Alice they actually have this recently added retarded rule that if you quit once, you can't go back unless the president and a team of HR fucknuts approve. For some reason it was never used.

Got fired because of burn out caused by the company.

My contract isn't over yet (sick leave) And I'm already fired and they are already placing adds to hire another CNC operator...

Especially because I was the first who could hold the machine more than 3 months... 2 and a half years for me with a burn out, second who spend more time there were 3 months... When I came on sick leave maximum was 3 days rotation.

Btw my CNC has a table of 2m something by 1.3m ... And works pieces up to 4 tons. Lots of heavy lifting and a mistake can cost ... I don't know, from 500€ to 50.000€? One half-head cost only 6000€ (full head triple but usually if not crushed they only change the rotor part), Plus the Physical eforth that I prefer...

Well, Fuck them, If I went to programming after a year like I was told, then most of my co-workers were making a lot-lot fewer mistakes... I have the bad habit of teaching and learning, it's a passion.

Hey... but we have something most of the population doesn't have...
