@olback yes i usually work 7 days a week and going home late like 1am. And boss keeps telling us that we are on RAD methodology so we have to work fast.

Feeling bad for you .. 7 days a week is like giving them your soul and say here its all yours -
@fullsnack-dev does every job there is 7 day a week, it must be hell. People need to rest too, how many work hours a week

@fullsnack-dev I don't wanna say it's impissible.....but thats a VERY aggressive deadline.
Worst part is if you do miraculously build it out, any errors and you get blamed instead of them thinking "hmmm I just gave my 2 junior devs a 3 - 4 man project, with an expected deadline that's 4x times faster"
As a junior dev I'm really frustrated at work today. My boss wanted us to complete a project within 3 weeks. The project includes a multi-tenant hotel system that includes reservation, invoicing, advanced reports, housekeeping system and an API. I'm starting to feel something about myself, I have no progress. I'm so slow. I love what I'm doing but maybe this is too much.
