@SithLord @DeveloperACE I did some googling on it after and found the same. Funny I had agreed to it as well and completely forgot

There's a few other lines in there that are, in my opinion, pretty pretentious. If the store's search algorithm takes ratings into account, I highly doubt an "armature hour" app will be next to one of your prince of programmer's apps.

It seems pretty douchy for Apple to decide whether an app is good enough for the store, that's what ratings are for; But at the same time, I wish Google would adopt a similar policy... The play store is completely saturated with garbage.
