Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with teaching interns that you have to teach them the same thing over and over and over again? Starting to get a little annoying.

    @h3ll great ideas. Would probably be kind of hard to implement at my company because most of the time we literally do not have time to write any documentation. Most of the time we are always writing code down to the wire because client requests and managements unwillingness to say that a request is unreasonable. *sigh*

    @h3ll lol it's really not. I'm pushing hard when we get these insane requests and it's kind of working? I'll try having them write their own short notes for sure, hopefully can get them to document after.

    @h3ll Completely agree. Have them write the documentation explaining the process they just learned. Any new questions they ask are used to refine the document. If they are incapable of at least creating a bulleted list for the process steps then I explain this probably is not their best long term career prospect.
