I think it means clients wanting to milk a hell out of developers on their requests/projects

@sunnyokoro that's one interpretation, but I believe the prevailing one is that it represents the stereotype that clients won't understand how to use the features the developers build. Meanwhile, we (the DevRant community) find those features as intuitive as using the brim of a cup.

we use it in our internal chatrooms whenever we r ranting about clients, this calms us down for some reason

there is no such thing as a stupid user... just software that could have been designed better
