I once looked at those too during a cleanup of old stuff that nobody will care about anymore anyway (and fuck you Facebook for only allowing each individual shit to be deleted, one at a time). Now I yearly clean up my Facebook interactions from the previous year, and every year I think of myself "what a stupid faggot was I back then?"

I once saw in a YouTube that it's got to do with us (body, mind) frequently changing. Every so many months apparently all the cells in our body get swapped out, DNA is ever so slightly changed, new neural links are laid. Maybe that's the reason...
