I tried to switch to protonmail from gmail 2 years back. But left in a week when I lost 2 important drafts.

I informed them about the bug. And the steps to reproduce it. But they denied to fix it.

    Yeah, me too. They had something. I think they might have fucked up.

    How did you lose it? Ive never used draft functionality but if I do i dont want to lose it,

    I'm have been using their services for about a month. Didn't have any problems yet. But it's good know.

    As it was 2 years back, I forgot the exact pattern when you lose the draft. But it would be somewhere in my twitter history.

    However I believe they must have fixed that bug as it is long time back. But make me left their services is their reply not to fix it.

    @amitgupta Ive emailed a few issues and they always replied : "we wont fix it now"

    Which makes sense because there is a backlog with user bugs.

    @Codex404 For me they replied that they are waiting others to report the same. There were only 2 people who reported the same bug that time.

    Used it for 3 years now with no issues at all.

    I'm a tutanota.com person and they respond very quickly to bugs!
