TLDR : do you have any tips for lack if motivation / interest in a project?

So I recently got my very first job (R&D). and to give you some context I'm a freshman at college with around a year of experience with programming. so a job like this is amazing for me. it pays well, I work from home, and get to work with nice people. Been working for 4 months now but lately have been loosing interest tbh. For the past month or so I haven't been putting as much effort into the project and I have no idea why. Does anyone have similar experiences with lacking motivation/interest? If you do I'd love to hear from you.
