!rant i just to ask people here what made them quit or look for another job at another company.

I need some insight because i have conflicting feelings about leaving earlier than expected.

@CoffeeNcode yah currently im having similar problems with the management, they expect me to fix all the problems , feels like im not human anymore

@CoffeeNcode already did, i said its much better to have a stategy in doing things, in the end its all in vain because yesterday they yelled at me for missing an edit in which by the way they did not check if the issue is fixed i told them about it this february and its october now, and its almost the deadline thats why they just notice it recently.

@CoffeeNcode i know the hard part was they dont realize what part they did wrong, most of the time they just add more weight to your frustration

@CoffeeNcode at first i want to finish this project and leave , but now i just want to leave. I go to the office waiting to leave early in the morning

@CoffeeNcode yes after xmas i plan to have a new job offer before signing in my resignation
