How much coffee do you consume in a day? I'm somewhere between 3-5 cups

I cut down to 2. Grind and French Press

I also set a timer to remind me to have a glass of water every two hours from 8-8. it helps and I feel much better 😉

6-8 because of the good tasting coffee and at least 1 liter water.

@Letmecode I know what you mean. Actually cafffeine isn't extracting water from your body. It stimulates your kidneys which cause that water is extracted faster (faster, not more).

But I know that you're right about drinking too much coffee. I didn't tell you that the coffee at work contains less caffeine than the regular coffee. (less caffeine and tastes better sounds a bit weird, but it's true)

@Letmecode pretty normal thatnyou were thinking that caffeine is extracting water, because almost everyone says/thinks it. Till previous year, I heard that it isn't true about extracting :D

But I agree with you, there's no such thing as "too much coffee/caffeine" :p

Over 10+ depends on how long I'm up for lol. I'm known for the guy who always has a cup of coffee in his hand! o.O

2 cups. One in the morning, and one in the afternoon. And always accompanied with a glass of water.

One 1/2L cup at 4am to get me started on my personal projects before I go to my day job. Another 1/2L cup at 5pm to keep me awake to work on my personal projects in the evening. In-between, I try to get some sleep, so no coffee...

About 8-10 a day mostly

Two big mugs, one in the morning which I sip until noon and one at 5PM out of habit. Water and tea as needed in between.

Depends on the definition of "cup" – at my former job I usually had 3 - 4 cups on Fridays, but each cup had 3 double espressos and a little bit of milk...

hmm between 9am-3am I usually drink about 12-15 cups, which is 2 and a half 12 cup coffee maker pots for me. I use creamer and sugar, and I like dark roasted coffee

Just one cup of coffee.... And some whiskey, it really puts your creativity to flow

Zero cups. Might be why my code sucks...
