Am I the only backend developer around here who doesn't enjoy building UIs and tries to get it done ASAP just to go back to backend code?

    You are not the only one. As a sysadmin by history, backend data population, storage, and retrieval is what I like best. Making it beautiful for project managers is not at all what I do.

    @bahua YES! and even though this app is my side-hustle, I just can't bring myself to spend more time working on the UI.

    Nope... Simple ui tasks take me days to complete satisfactory..if even.. :/

    @konzeptraum mate, i just looked that up. You're damn right... that UI is not only practicle but sooo damn beautiful. I do like simple minimalistic UIs

    This is why I use bootstrap. Minimal effort for decent looking UI.

    You're lucky still be able to get it done. I choose to resign if they forced me to build one.

    Man I don't even UI, just make a working CLI, and she's good to go!

    I can't stand, and suck at designing UIs...

    I have resigned from 3 companies for this issue. Probably going to put another resignation soon
