I think many people like to code at night. Used to - now morning and early afternoon.

ekkapob158yI had the same problem, almost never go to bed before 2am for decades. Maybe it is the sign that you are still young. I never had that anymore lately, now couldn't even stay up to 11pm.

code in the morning for me, then the afternoon is a lost cause, then at home I'm too beat from the day as a whole. get up the next day and repeat!

jicmou968yIn the morning, my mind is clear, solutions seems obvious. It's not rare that I can get stuck for the last 2 hours the day before, and solve it in 10 minutes in the morning the day after.

Some of my most focused, productive sessions have been before I even pour my morning cup of coffee.

DotM8308yBoth studying and coding at night, mostly, I can't focus properly before 9 or 10pm. It doesn't work well when tests and work deliveries come though. Then I try to do it earlier but preferred time is night

I'm good early in the morning and late in the evening. Between this I can revert my code, nothing to keep :D

My colleague struck a deal, he comes in around 3 pm, that way he still spends 3 hours with the bosses, and leaves around 22 pm. Works well for him

I rarely codes in the morning, it's just not the time. I can't focus.
My inspiration comes at night. That's the right moment for me. I sometimes wish that my office hour is at night 😂
