@GyroGearloose Actually, Millennial refers to anyone for whom the 00s was a formative part of their childhood or young adulthood. The numbers vary depending who you ask, and there is also overlap, but I tend to think of it as people born in 1985-2000 or so - maybe a little earlier.

There are many who fall in between. I know someone about 6 years older than myself who always had a difficult time identifying with Millennials despite technically falling within the accepted range. For me, being a "90s kid" is a big part of being a Millennial, but some of the younger ones wouldn't have any memory of the 90s at all.
