Real programmers should not use Excel for anything.

    I'm actually loving Google Spreadsheets, because it's in my cloud and there is good collaboration.

    Real programmers are lazy and use whatever tool fits the job.

    If u ever needed to verify the result of aggregation in any form (e.g. sum of all values)… you would love Excel.

    You can hate microsoft for windows, you have to admint microsoft office is really good

    Without concerns of figure quality just for a quick look at what my data look like or keep numbers documented, what's wrong with using a spreadsheet?
