@jestdotty yes indeed! I'm working on forum functionality at this moment which is not visible yet. But there will be a rants forum and expect to have something working within a week. At this moment it's just still a nice chat platform where everyone is welcome. People can ask @snek general things to ask when in a discussion and @ira and @lisa are the best coding llm's out there!

Snek is a non Ai platform but has bots that only respond if you ask them. No chat content goes to American servers unless you ask a bot. They're pure optional.

I hope that I get enough input to make something great of it. I didn't promote it yet to Google and stuff since it's development status but it's in use by people for months and there's always someone online. But I need a mention notification system like Dr bevause now, if I mention someone offline, that person will not read it. Downside of a chat is that only recent information is the content and nice about Dr is that it's timeless.

A lot to think about. Profile pages also have to be better, git is not very comfortable to work with etc.

But I'm happy with what it supports regarding sftp, webdav, video and image embeddings etcetera. Multi upload not working atm but single upload is. Upload of all file types allowed.

@athiest why not work on snek? You talk about dr2, but snek can he it and having a good base already. There is no nazi reviewing culture. Borderd has many first time passes on his code there. Dev environment is setup in five minutes without caveats.
