Got a notification for a new job. Apparently this is a junior position. I just wonder what else you have to know to get a senior position in that company

You can have three devs with different specialties and still not cover all of the requirements

@eozdil wow that's a big payroll, but I don't think there is any junior developer that has that many skills, how about changing the title from junior to senior?

@dovydasbere Well it's not my job post or it's not related with me. I just got the notification for it and that's the post I've seen. But yeah, senior might be a better choice

@eozdil wages in the IT in the UK are shambles. Pentesting gets you £35-40 while in the US you can get over 70k

Some of these job ads I see these days are totally unrealistic, more and more you see these "Programming-Guru" jobs ads being posted to lower level positions, like junior dev jobs. "Wow", what a way to break the confidence of some people and scare them away.......
