@FrodoSwaggins I think mine is this bug. Both my laptops are recently installed with Mint and latest MySQL. Local machines so don't have any large DB or anything. I'm sure I fixed it. I just don't know which laptop I fixed upon :3

Wife had same issue, it is a bug going around atm. Quickfix is to reinstall MySQL or upgrade to mariadb -
