Build my own LAMP stack API with REST and GraphQl endpoints

Why LAMP, mainly because I want to familiarise myself more with Laravel.

@DavinaLeong I started my webdev journey with CodeIgniter 3. Yes, I know it's old and outdated. But it IS simple enough to setup, understand and get something going, and... also I was learning on the job.

Subsequently, I have touched Laravel here and there, but have never gone into it in-depth.
