Udemy courses are a fucking trap.

Bought one course on MERN stack by a youtuber I like, 10 minutes later I have 2019 filled with everything from web development to machine learning with sprinkles of flutter and react native in their as well

Side note - their 'sales' tactic is extremely slimy practice

    Say what you want to say about Udemy's sale tactic but this site is a treasure for people who just want to learn

    @AI-Overlord not really, some of their content is so plain even free tutorial from great youtubera is good. Some of them even hate how their business operates. I even found out some steal content from youtubers FREE videos and sold it on udemy

    @devTea I once bought course which just literally stole its content from a popular youtuber. Was very pissed but the refunding was immidately accepted by Udemy and I got my money back. So that does not seem to be a reason to hate Udemy (for me)

    Im talking about the "flash sale was $1000 now only $35!!! Hurry!!" But 35 is the normal price

    i‘ve already taken some courses on there and some on pluralsight (a subscription based learning platform) and the majority of courses on udemy are way less qualitative than they you can find on pluralsight, don‘t get me wrong, there are still some good ones.
