I'm beating the never ending tasks one after another past few days. Proud of myself and at the same time a bit tired.

Main problem is focus.

I can easily lose my focus along the way and then live the unproductive days for up to a week or more. I'm afraid to fall into that sink hole. 😣

So when I gained my focus, I try my best not to lose it. Which makes me lose track of other shits. Some shits are major like relationship responsibility, social etiquette etc. Some shits are minor like food and water. Nevertheless it's not very physically healthy nor spiritually.

I don't know how to easily switch on and off my focus. 😞

Maybe I should meditate 🤔 I don't know.

@CoffeeNcode since you know the problem, do you also have a solution? 😁

I always try to think of two quotes one being “Work like there is someone working 24 hours a day to take it away from you.” when I feel unmotivated to get me all fired up and ready to kick some figurative booty. Or when I feel down or even burned out, like completely helpless "If you're going through hell, keep going"

Other then that some music, several playlists depending on the mood/mind-state I want to get myself into and last but not least a "panic button" that takes me either to loads of cute cat gifs or some funny fail videos.

I did do some meditation but found that short bursts of just clearing my head and resetting my focus, was better than long rounds where I just ended up getting bored or felt too relaxed and wanted to nap XD.

No idea if any of this helps, but maybe it gives you some options? =)

@CoffeeNcode lol no. This is what I mean by I lose track of some stuff. I thought I replied but I forgot 😁

Music used to help me in the past but lately I don't even listen music regularly anymore 🤔 so I'm not sure about that.

Faking till I get real focus is the approach I'm going for now. 😁 It kinda works.

But I have no solution to pause my focus and aware of surroundings in better way.
