I want to see a movie where machines gain intelligence and go to war with humanity, only to be defeated when some guy deletes a single semi-colon from their code.

I think that removing a semi collon would not really work. The machines would most definitely only accept code that has been compiled, which makes it impossible for them to crash because of a missed collon.
So the hero of the movie would have to create a NullPointerException (for example) in order to make the system crash.
However the idea: awesome!!!

Or they could add {display: none} to remove all of the machines
