So if you're invited to your "friend's" wedding, is it okay to say you can't / don't want to come?

@irene yea, have experienced that grudge with another person.

But in this case, i went to their engagement and i don't want to go for wedding because it's too far 2 days will be wasted.

The awkward part is he sent location to come on WhatsApp. Haven't replied to that 😬

Put yourself in their shoes... you have your answer.

@irene no, that includes the to and fro travel, getting drunk with other friends and being made fun about the my ex, trying to not be in vicinity of ex, and the wedding and hangover.

You wouldnt be a good friend.

I have done those decisions and i deeply regret them now. This is not about you its about them! who cares about your ex.

What do you think how much he wats you to be there? I'd put my needs behind, if a friend wants me to be at such a life changing event.

    If you're friends, go.
    If you're acquaintances, don't bother.
