I am about to start my first job as a spring developer at a start up. What advice would you give me? It would be nice if I can get some of it from a veteran spring developer. Thanks in advance.

My advice is: Don't work for a startup.

@GamerFac3 Why? Because they're likely to fail?

They're likely to fail. They demand things big companies don't want from you, like working at weekend, work at home. "We need this! We need to participate in the market".. but maybe you've found a nice startup, where you like to spend time on. Then work hard and try to make yourself irreplaceable. Good luck for you!
