Websites that send a mail to confirm me unsubscribing from their mails need a special place in hell.

In germany we have the pearl.de onlineshop. Not only do they send you unsubscription confirmation mails, they have about 10 different newsletters that you each have to unsubscribe from individually. And of course they subscribe you to each and every one of them if you ever leave that box ticked on checkout...

(And the magnetic microUSB cable I bought from them wasn't even good quality, it had a loose contact pretty much out of the box.)

You know what’s even worse? Websites that require you to log in to unsubscribe. Using credentials you’re pretty sure you don’t have.
