next hacktoberfest: prepare CoC and generated PR descriptions, splash vomit it onto everybody who participated and offers high difficulty merge only rewards - PR and get it merged - if they don't merge it, tag some twitter accounts automatically based on hair color and ping some news outlets via twitter and mail. 🙂
